Job Description

Job Responsibility:

Identify and evaluate potential land parcels for mining operations.
Conduct feasibility studies and site inspections.
Verify land ownership and revenue records.
Prepare and review title search reports and mutation documents.
Ensure compliance with state and central regulations related to land acquisition.
Negotiate lease agreements and purchase deals with landowners.
Execute lease/sale deeds and Right of Way (ROW) agreements.
Liaise with government authorities (Revenue Department, Forest Department, etc.) for approvals.
Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Project, Finance) for smooth execution.
Build and maintain relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
Address grievances and resolve disputes promptly.
Maintain MIS reports on acquisition status.
Ensure timely submission of compliance documents and progress reports.
