Role & responsibilities : Support development of project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and material requirements. Coordinate with engineering, geology, procurement, and operations teams for project milestones. Track daily progress of mine development, infrastructure activities, and contractor performance. Monitor cost, resource utilization, and timelines using project management tools. Maintain project documentation including DPRs, MIS, progress charts, and safety reports. Ensure compliance with mining laws, environmental regulations, and safety standards. Support audits, inspections, and compliance submissions. Act as a coordination point between site team, and management and any other stakeholders. Prepare and present progress reports, risk updates, and action plans to leadership. Identify risks and delays and support mitigation planning. Promote safety practices and ensure adherence to HSE.
