Job Description

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:
Lead the entire project, defining scope, timeline, and budget.
Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, from vendors to government agencies.
Engineering & Technical Oversight:
Finalize engineering design and plant layout.
Manage the procurement of all major equipment.
Oversee construction, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Regulatory Management:
Secure all necessary licenses and permits from local and state authorities, including the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB).
Ensure compliance with Indian regulations like the Factories Act.
Vendor & Contractor Management:
Vet and manage all third-party vendors and contractors.
Negotiate contracts and oversee site operations.
Commissioning & Handover:
Lead the commissioning and validation of the plant.
Develop a seamless handover plan to the production and operations teams.
Budgeting & Reporting:
Manage the project budget, track expenditures, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Required Skills

Strong project management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficient in project management software.
Decisive and results-oriented.
