Role & responsibilities

overall site head

A. Project Execution & Site Leadership

• Full responsibility for

  on-site EPC execution

  including civil, architectural, MEP and finishing works
• Lead execution of

  large temple / heritage structures

  involving intricate stone, RCC, carving, domes, shikharas, and architectural elements
• Ensure adherence to

  approved drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.

B. Planning & Progress Control

• Implement and control

  master construction schedule and micro-level execution plans

• Review daily, weekly and monthly progress; initiate

  catch-up and recovery plans

• Coordinate closely with Planning, Procurement and Engineering teams to avoid delays

C. Quality Assurance & Craftsmanship

• Ensure

  highest quality standards

  suitable for an iconic religious structure.
• Oversee quality of

  stone masonry, carving, RCC works, architectural finishes, and waterproofing.

• Coordinate inspections, mock-ups, and approvals with Client, Trust, and Consultants.

D. Cost & Resource Management

• Control

  project cost, material consumption, and productivity

• Review subcontractor performance, quantities, and execution outputs
• Support billing, certification, and variation management in coordination with Commercial team.

Preferred candidate profile

• Direct execution experience of at least one large temple / heritage / iconic structure

• Experience in

  EPC or Design-Build projects valued 500 Cr and above

• Strong execution expertise in

  large civil & architectural works

• Deep understanding of

  heritage construction techniques

• High attention to detail, finish, and workmanship
