Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Head, located in the Charanka / Khavda, Gujarat Region. The Project Head will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timelines. Responsibilities include team management, stakeholder communication, risk assessment, and conflict resolution. The role also involves monitoring compliance with regulatory standards, driving performance optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to achieve execution excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in project management methodologies, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement
• Engineering and planning expertise, with experience in renewable energy technologies including solar and hybrid systems
• Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards for energy projects
• Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Experience in budget control, performance tracking, and meeting project timelines
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields
• Experience managing large-scale EPC (1 GW and above) or renewable energy projects is highly desirable
