Westbridge Capital is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Project Head to lead our KPN Farm Fresh initiative. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery within the agricultural sector. You will collaborate with farmers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of sustainable farming practices and innovative agricultural solutions that enhance food quality and supply chain efficiency. Your leadership will drive our mission to support local communities while promoting environmentally friendly practices. The Project Head will also monitor project performance, manage budgets, and identify growth opportunities that align with Westbridge Capital's strategic goals. Responsibilities

Lead the KPN Farm Fresh project from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including farmers, government bodies, and community organizations
Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed
Drive innovative agricultural practices and solutions to enhance productivity and sustainability
Regularly analyze project data to assess performance and implement necessary changes
Prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting project milestones and achievements
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project team

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the agriculture or food industry
Demonstrated success in leading agricultural projects, with a focus on sustainability
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage diverse stakeholders
Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
Ability to analyze complex data and draw actionable conclusions
