Role Overview:

The Project Head will be responsible for leading and executing end-to-end project activities, including Greenfield and Brownfield manufacturing projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to deliver projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage

  end-to-end project lifecycle

  from conceptualization to commissioning.
• Drive

  Greenfield project execution

  , including site selection, plant layout, infrastructure development, and equipment installation.
• Develop and monitor

  project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

  .
• Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Production, Quality, Procurement, EHS) and external stakeholders (vendors, contractors, consultants).
• Ensure

  regulatory compliance

  , statutory approvals, and adherence to safety standards.
• Implement

  project management best practices

  , risk mitigation strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular project reviews, status reporting, and milestone tracking for leadership.
• Manage procurement activities including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
• Drive commissioning, testing, and handover of completed facilities/equipment to operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure strong people management and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in

  End-to-End Project Management

• Hands-on experience in

  Greenfield project planning & execution

• Excellent knowledge of

  manufacturing operations, CAPEX planning, and industrial infrastructure

• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical capabilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Production preferred)
• PMP/Prince2 certification (preferred but not mandatory)
• Proven track record of successfully leading

  large-scale industrial or manufacturing projects
