Job Description

Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures. Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Supervise quality control operations, including inspections, audits, and testing procedures. Work closely with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives. Coordinate internal and external audits (ISO, GMP, FDA, etc.) and ensure readiness. Prepare quality documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Train and mentor team members in quality standards and best practices. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Support the continuous improvement of quality management systems (QMS).
