Role Overview: As a Project Head at Aifer Education, you will be responsible for leading and executing educational projects from ideation to delivery. Your role will involve managing cross-functional teams and ensuring smooth coordination across academic, marketing, tech, and operations departments. Your contribution will be vital in maintaining project momentum, meeting deadlines, and aligning initiatives with Aifer's strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery for academic and training programs. - Supervise and mentor project team members, including content developers, trainers, and coordinators. - Collaborate with department heads (Marketing, Sales, Academic, Tech) to ensure goal alignment and task ownership. - Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables based on stakeholder requirements. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular project status reports to senior management. - Allocate resources effectively while adhering to budget and timelines. - Conduct post-project evaluations and apply learnings to future projects. - Ensure all projects comply with quality and regulatory standards set by Aifer Education. Qualifications: - 2+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the education or edtech sector. - Strong leadership skills to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar. - Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field (Masters preferred). - Familiarity with curriculum development, online learning platforms, or academic operations is a plus.
