Position: Project Head Real Estate

Location: Mumbai Chembur (with travel to Lonavala / Alibaug / Karjat / Goa)

Minimum experience : 10 years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering (preferred).

ONLY REAL ESTATE or CONSTRUCTION background

Role Overview:

Lead and manage end-to-end execution of ALYF's properties and land development projects with a focus on cost, time, and quality. The role demands a modern engineering approach, ensuring innovation, efficiency, and excellence in every project delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive complete project execution from planning to handover.

Build process around tendering & contracting for site related activities.

Maintain strict control over cost, timelines, and quality standards.

Apply modern construction and engineering practices for efficient delivery.

Oversee land and infra development, villa construction, and statutory approvals.

Coordinate across teams design, MEP, structure, legal, finance, acquisition, and operations.

Manage on-site engineers, vendors, contractors, consultants, and local authorities.

Monitor progress, resolve site challenges, and ensure on-time completion.

Requirements:

1018 years of real estate project execution experience.

Proven record in villa / plotted / residential developments.

Strong understanding of modern engineering methods & land approvals.

Skilled in project planning, vendor management, and cost control.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering (preferred).
