Project Head

As a Project Head, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with the hotel brand and client requirements. - Manage project scope by identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout the construction process. - Conduct constructability reviews to address potential issues early on. - Oversee procurement processes, which include selecting contractors and vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing material deliveries. - Regularly monitor construction progress on-site to ensure compliance with design plans, building codes, and safety regulations. - Conduct quality inspections to uphold high standards of workmanship and materials. - Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions. - Lead and motivate the project team, including contractors and subcontractors, to achieve project goals. In terms of budget and cost control, you will be responsible for: - Tracking project expenses closely to ensure adherence to the established budget. - Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing value engineering strategies. - Managing change orders effectively to minimize cost overruns. Additionally, as a Project Head, your leadership and team management skills will be crucial for: - Resolving conflicts within the team and ensuring effective collaboration. - Fostering a culture of safety and compliance with industry standards on the construction site.
