Role Overview

This role focuses on the planning and coordination of high-end hospitality projects, especially 5-star hotels. The candidate will be responsible for managing timelines of the project, tracking the progress, preparing DPR, MPR and WPR, collaborating across design and consultants' teams, site team to ensuring that work should be done as per design and drawing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor master schedules integrating architecture, interiors, MEP, and landscape.
• Coordinate with designers for design & drawings.
• To prepare comparative statement of different vendors.
• Prepare progress reports such as DPR, MPR and WPR
• Monthly site visit to cross check the progress of work.
• Prepare minutes of meeting.
• Handle documentation such as approvals, RFI logs, variation registers, and site coordination notes

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management
• 4–6 years experience with high-end hospitality or luxury real estate projects
• Strong knowledge of international hotel brand specifications and approval protocols
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and visualization tools
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills and teamwork.

Preferred Background

• Prior involvement in the execution of luxury hotels (e.g., Marriott, Hyatt, Oberoi, Taj, or similar)
• Experience managing discussion and meetings with national and international consultants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
