Role Overview

We are looking for a mid-level Structural Engineer to join our PMC team for a premium hotel development in Thano, Uttarakhand. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing structural designs, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring quality execution aligned with project goals and environmental sensitivities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review structural drawings and calculations submitted by consultants and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with IS codes, NBC, and international standards.
• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and interior teams to resolve design conflicts.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor structural works for quality and safety.
• Support the PMC team in technical evaluations, design reviews, and construction planning.
• Prepare engineering reports, progress updates, and risk assessments.
• Assist in obtaining statutory approvals and liaising with local authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably with exposure to hospitality or commercial projects.
• Familiarity with structural analysis software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS, Revit).
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and safety protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in hill or semi-rural terrain projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable design and seismic considerations.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a PMC framework.
