Location:- Ahmedabad – Candidates from Ahmedabad only

Role Description:-

The Senior Project Head is responsible for leading and managing all fire safety installation projects from planning to execution. This role oversees project managers, engineers, and on-site teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and compliant installation of fire safety systems as per industry standards (NFPA/IS codes).

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Strategy – Define project scope, schedule, budget, manpower, and resource allocation.
• Execution Oversight – Ensure firefighting installation works (hydrants, sprinklers, pump rooms, detection systems, suppression systems, etc.) are carried out as per design, codes, and standards.
• Team Leadership – Lead project engineers, site supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Client & Consultant Coordination – Act as the primary point of contact between client, consultants, contractors, and company management.
• Compliance & Safety – Ensure all works comply with NBC, NFPA, TAC, IS Codes, and local fire authority regulations.
• Quality Assurance – Monitor workmanship, material approvals, and ensure system testing/commissioning meets required standards.
• Budget & Cost Control – Monitor project costs, approve purchase requests, minimize wastage, and control variations.
• Progress Monitoring – Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, track milestones, and ensure timely completion.
• Risk & Issue Management – Anticipate potential challenges (delays, material shortages, site conflicts) and implement corrective actions.
• Handover & Documentation – Ensure proper testing, commissioning, documentation (as-built drawings, O&M manuals), and handover to client.

Qualifications:-

• Diploma/ B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Fire Engineering.
• 7–12+ years of experience in fire fighting or fire alarm installation projects.
• Strong understanding of fire safety codes (NFPA, NBC, IS).
• Experience in handling multiple sites and large-scale projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
