Project Head

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and oversee end-to-end execution of large-scale real estate development projects.
• Provide strategic direction and decision-making across all project phases from land assessment and design to construction and handover.
• Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, and government authorities to drive seamless project execution.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within approved budgets, and aligned with quality benchmarks and organizational standards.
• Drive project governance through robust monitoring of budgets, schedules, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, regulatory frameworks, safety rules, and environmental norms.
• Conduct high-level site reviews and inspections to evaluate progress, risks, and corrective actions.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and execution strategies.
• Lead negotiations and finalization of contracts with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Present project status, challenges, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional project meetings and align internal departments for smooth coordination.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, design validation, and quality control processes.
• Manage change orders, variations, and conflict resolution with stakeholders.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing project team; ensure strong collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and client expectations.
• Continuously monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies across project functions.
• Prepare executive-level project progress reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• 20+ years of total experience in real estate development, construction, or EPC projects.
• Minimum 5–6 years of proven leadership experience as a Project Head managing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong understanding of real estate development lifecycle, execution methodologies, and on-ground construction management.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects within time, cost, and quality parameters.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools, MS Project, Primavera, or similar software.
• Ability to handle multiple large projects simultaneously and work under stringent timelines.
• Strong problem-solving, risk management, and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
