Project- Warehouse/ Logistics Park Projects

Purpose of the role:

• Project Head will be responsible for the management of design, construction, logistics procurement and budgets to ensure the efficiency of time, quality and cost of assigned projects. He will be required to plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process,

  including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

• P&L - The duties related generally to managerial roles, wherein the professional manages the financial performance of an organization. It often involves analyzing financial reports, revenue, and other expenses to find ways for increasing profits and reducing costs.

• Project Head can contribute to project success and client satisfaction by ensuring effective planning and execution of construction projects, maintaining open communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders, implementing quality control measures and best practices, managing project risks.
