Position Overview

Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Scheduling

  • Develop

    project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans

    .
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to align schedules.
  • Track progress using

    project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or ERP systems)

    .

2. Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a

    single point of contact (SPOC)

    between internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks.
  • Ensure timely approvals of drawings, BOMs, and vendor documents.

3. Budget & Cost Control

  • Monitor

    project expenses against approved budgets

    .
  • Support the project manager in identifying cost overruns and corrective actions.

4. Execution & Monitoring

  • Oversee project execution during

    manufacturing, assembly, testing, and installation phases

    .
  • Ensure

    adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines

    .
  • Support site teams during

    installation & commissioning activities

    .

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain updated records of

    project schedules, risk registers, and change orders

    .
  • Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management review.

6. Risk Management & Compliance

  • Identify potential risks and delays and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with

    customer specifications, safety standards, and statutory requirements

    .

Technical Skills Required

  • Knowledge of

    mechanical systems, conveyors, fillers & cappers, automation equipment

    .
  • Hands-on experience in

    reading engineering drawings, BOMs, and process layouts

    .
  • Proficiency in

    MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD basics, and ERP systems

    .
  • Understanding of

    supply chain coordination and vendor management

    .
