Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage project documentation, including preparing and reviewing documents such as project reports, status updates, and meeting minutes.
  • Oversee project administration tasks, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
  • Plan and coordinate redevelopment activities to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings and progress updates.
  • Coordinating and conducting meeting with Society Members and arranging Site visits etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in real estate industry with expertise in project coordination, planning, and execution.
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized institution (Any specialization).
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, property development principles, and market trends.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multitask effectively.
