As a Project Coordinator at our company located in Baner, Pune, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of signage projects. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Manage multiple signage projects from initiation to completion. - Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, and installation) and external vendors. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns. - Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. - Review technical and design documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility. - Facilitate internal meetings and hold teams accountable for milestones. - Ensure compliance with city permitting requirements and signage regulations. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in managing or coordinating projects, regardless of industry. - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. - Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana. - Ability to interpret project documentation and collaborate cross-functionally. - Comfortable with remote work and independently managing timelines and deliverables. - A willingness to learn the signage industry quickly is essential. In addition to the above details, the job is full-time and the work hours are aligned with the night shift to accommodate U.S. hours. The compensation is based on experience, and the company offers benefits such as paid time off and Provident Fund.
