Role & responsibilities Electrical Load calculation, Power and Lighting layout, panel selection, preparation of SLD's and earthing layout, Lux/Lumens calculation, Data & Voice works understanding Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate MEP systems into building designs and Onsite coordination and Monitoring of Execution works as per standards & checklists HVAC system- VRV, DX , AHU and ventilation system design. Load calculation and Equipment selection as per standards Plumbing- layout design with water supply demand load calculations & riser diagram. ICT- CCTV ,Public Address System, Fire Alarm System and Fire Fighting System design Drafting and Design- Create detailed technical drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems using CAD software. Compliance- Ensure designs meet building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations. Documentation- Maintain accurate and up-to-date drawings and plans throughout the project lifecycle. Quality Control - Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and identify potential design issues. Site Visits - Occasionally visit construction sites to verify installations and resolve issues. Quantity take off, preparation of As Built drawings etc. Preferred candidate profile Education: Digree Or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical, Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit). Knowledge: Strong understanding of MEP systems. Detail-Oriented: Ability to produce precise and accurate technical drawings. Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying and addressing design issues. Communication: Effective communication skills for collaborating with project stakeholders. Experience: Previous experience in MEP Design Engg related role is preferred. Certifications in CAD software or MEP design are advantageous Note: Candidate nearby Bhandup is preferable.

Roles and Responsibilities Ensure smooth execution of electrical / Firefighting projects on site by supervising and coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans in collaboration with the project team. Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support staff during installation activities. Coordinate with clients to ensure their requirements are met while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
