Role Overview: As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the efficiency and productivity of multilingual translation projects. Your main responsibilities will include scheduling and monitoring workflows, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring cost-effective strategies through data analysis. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritize work will be essential in delivering top-quality products to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the liaison between clients and the company - Maintain CRM database with up-to-date information for each account - Monitor daily production of assigned projects - Communicate daily with linguistic teams - Prepare client quotes and project plans as required - Develop project workflows to optimize costs while maintaining quality - Ensure processes meet client and vendor contractual requirements - Assist in managing linguistic teams based on project assignments - Provide necessary tools to translation team for high-quality output - Schedule quality control processes with senior team members - Ensure timely delivery of projects with a focus on quality - Maintain vendor relationships for quality product delivery - Address and escalate complaints related to vendors or translation quality - Perform data entry for proper and timely invoicing - Manage and choose work teams for projects - Purchase vendor translation services Qualifications Required: - 1.5+ years of project management experience - Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Translation, or a language-related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, and Adobe - Bilingual with native fluency in at least one language and strong command of another - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong business acumen and client services abilities - Results-oriented approach - Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment - Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality - Ability to prioritize work effectively to balance multiple projects and deadlines Additional Details: Think global.
