Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Interior Design firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the coordination of interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring smooth communication between clients, designers, vendors, and contractors. This role demands strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced creative environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the complete project lifecyclefrom planning, design coordination, execution, monitoring, to final handover. Coordinate and track project timelines, deliverables, schedules, and budgets using MSP (Microsoft Project) and other planning tools. Act as the primary liaison between clients, designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Oversee procurement activities including sourcing, ordering, and tracking materials, furniture, and finishes; follow up on deliveries. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and all regulatory guidelines throughout project execution. Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works with proficiency in relevant software and coordination practices. Conduct site visits, schedule meetings, and prepare project status reports, progress updates, and documentation. Maintain all project-related documents such as contracts, drawings, BOQ, mood boards, samples, and material records. Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective measures to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of project milestones. Provide leadership and guidance to the PMC team, ensuring high performance and effective communication. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field (preferred). 5–6 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in interior design or architecture. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Workspace; knowledge of design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Knowledge of materials, FF&E, and design processes is an advantage.
