Job Summary:

Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the complete project lifecyclefrom planning, design coordination, execution, monitoring, to final handover.
• Coordinate and track project timelines, deliverables, schedules, and budgets using MSP (Microsoft Project) and other planning tools.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee procurement activities including sourcing, ordering, and tracking materials, furniture, and finishes; follow up on deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and all regulatory guidelines throughout project execution.
• Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works with proficiency in relevant software and coordination practices.
• Conduct site visits, schedule meetings, and prepare project status reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Maintain all project-related documents such as contracts, drawings, BOQ, mood boards, samples, and material records.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective measures to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of project milestones.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the PMC team, ensuring high performance and effective communication.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field (preferred).
• 5–6 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in interior design or architecture.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Workspace; knowledge of design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of materials, FF&E, and design processes is an advantage.
