Interested candidates can apply here and share resumes at mridula@symbiosisindia.net or bhawana@symbiosisindia.net Key Responsibilities Ensure regulatory clearances for civil, pollution, and utility work in greenfield projects Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgetary approvals for civil and structural works Handle civil tendering, vendor selection, and tender drawing review Execute civil structure planning and layout designing with adherence to cost benchmarks Review and monitor MIS reports for current and scheduled civil works Coordinate with contractors for manpower planning and site activities Interpret, edit, and update civil drawings as per project requirements Process contractor bills in line with progress and purchase orders Understand and implement layout planning for buildings, structures, piping, etc. Ensure site activity progress aligns with approved drawings and schedules Perform civil quality control and material testing as per standards Maintain systematic documentation and communicate across teams Desired Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of BOQ estimation, structural planning, vendor management Working experience with MS Project, AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Office Ability to work with cross-functional teams and maintain documentation accuracy Excellent communication and leadership qualities
