Senior Engineer

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction projects, including planning, execution, and supervision. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent technical acumen, project management abilities, and leadership skills to drive high-impact infrastructure projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution. Oversee site activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Prepare, review, and approve engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Perform risk assessments and resolve technical issues and design challenges promptly. Review contracts and ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff. Ensure efficient resource allocation and materials management. Prepare project reports, documentation, and maintain records in accordance with company and legal standards. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred). 8 to 10 years of proven experience in civil engineering and project management. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and other civil engineering software. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
