Project Coordinator

Timeline and Task Management: Monitor project schedules, track task completion, and update timelines. Flag delays and bottlenecks to the project manager. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including status updates, meeting minutes, and reports. Prepare project dashboards for stakeholders. Budget and Procurement: Assist in tracking project spending, managing budgets, and processing purchase orders and invoices. Risk and Issue Tracking: Maintain a log of project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID log) and help with mitigation plans.
