Project Coordinator

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management

• Assist interior designers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
• Create and maintain project timelines, calendars, and deliverable trackers.
• Monitor project progress and flag potential delays or issues.
• Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up action items.

Documentation & Administration

• Maintain organized project files, design presentations, and material schedules.
• Update budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and change orders.
• Support designers in preparing mood boards, specifications, and submittal packages.
• Ensure all contracts and documentation are complete and properly stored.

On-Site Coordination

• Assist in scheduling and coordinating installations, site visits, and walkthroughs.
• Verify measurements, take progress photos, and document site conditions.
• Ensure deliveries arrive on time and are inspected for accuracy and quality.

Design Support

• Research materials, furnishings, finishes, and pricing.
• Prepare samples and assist in assembling client presentations.
• Communicate design information clearly between internal teams and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Project Management, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in interior design, architecture, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace/MS Office, project management software, and design programs (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of interior design processes, finishes, products, and vendor resources preferred
