Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Female Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing product/service information, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner. Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and methods. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the time limits. Maintain records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts. Required Skills and Qualifications: Female candidates preferred for this role. Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline. Good verbal and written communication skills in [English / Regional Language]. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred)
