Handle queries related to order tracking, returns, refunds, and account managementLanguages- Fluent English & HindiGraduation is mandatory Experience - 1 year exp in any BPO domain

Required Candidate profile

Salary – 27 K CTC /24 K in hand6 days working 1 day off (Rotational)Shift timing -8 am to 9 pm; Any 9 hrs shift
