Project Coordinator

You will be working as a Project Coordinator to support residential and commercial projects, specifically focusing on Civil and Interior Fit-out works. Your responsibilities will include coordinating projects with vendors & consultants, verifying bills, conducting quality inspections, as well as planning and executing various tasks to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Handling Civil and Interior Fit-out works - Coordinating projects with vendors & consultants - Verifying bills and conducting quality inspections - Planning and executing project tasks Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate / Post graduate in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred - Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project coordination within residential and commercial projects (Fit-out) - Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Age below 35 In addition to the job role, the company offers benefits such as commuter assistance, provided food, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund.
