Role & responsibilities Tracking and managing overall operations for executing civil & fit out projects within cost &time norms Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress & de-bottle necking Preparing project schedules and monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time over-runs, Quality and HSE Compliance to ensure timely execution of projects and complete the relevant documentation on a weekly/monthly/project timeline basis. Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output Implementing Quantity Surveying services; inspecting field sites to observe and evaluate condition and operability of facilities and structures, and to collect field survey data and measurements. Designing and implementing stringent systems, detailed design and quality plans / manuals to ensure high quality standards during all the stages of project. Supervise contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables Co-ordinate with other departments and customers to ensure the highest possible Customer Careperformance/ satisfaction and complete all relevant inspections and documentation. Involved in material planning & developing vendors for obtaining timely procurement of materials & equipments at cost effective prices to ensure smooth execution of projects. Ensuring suitable deployment and timely availability of manpower-technical (designers, andother supervisory staff), trade men, skilled and unskilled labors, etc. Other onsite support for project execution

Role & responsibilities 1.Scope of job Prepare detailed interior drawings, layouts, and 3D models based on design concepts and project requirements.. 2.Years of experience required. 2-3 years experience in using AUTOCAD, experience in relevant field experience related to interior decoration and construction business 3.Skills required . Full working proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D MAX, Sketch up , Photoshop software is mandatory. AutoCAD & Sketchup Designing , Ability to communicate and be organized. Shop drawings for various interior elements including doors, wardrobes, and furniture based on design drawings. Develop comprehensive plans, elevations, and sections for all joinery works. Proficiently create Bills of Quantities (BOQs). Working experience in Email / Scheduling Programs / MS Office 4.Educational qualifications required - Arch / Diploma in Interior Design Working experience with drafting and visualization software Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits

Project managers for interior construction projects will be responsible for the overall construction of the interior projects assigned. Project Managers must possess the knowledge and experience to engage and professionally interact with design professionals, consultants and clients. They will be responsible for the overall site management and successful direction and guidance of construction site personnel in planning, coordinating and safely executing work in accordance with the contract documents, schedules and budgets. The PM is required to attend regular meetings with clients and be well-versed in all aspects of work at the site. PMs should be capable of handling issues at site effectively and be able to take alternative decisions if site feasibility does not conform to approved plans. Role & responsibilities Site Analysis Should be able to handle preconstruction & construction phase. Preparation of pre-construction and construction schedules Review the project plans and drawings periodically and effectively communicate with the design team on the changes/modifications based on site conditions Assisting in procuring and assembling materials at site Site execution & PMC/Client handling Monitoring the project construction schedule on a weekly basis Monitoring team members depending on the role. Preparing and issuing minutes of all site meetings. Preparing and issuing weekly project reports. Ensuring that Q&A audits and monitoring of site safety, are maintained at all times. Ensuring requirements of health, safety & Environment of employees and workers are enforced as per company EHS policy & Objectives. Ensuring completion and tracking materials and all independent testing and inspections as required. Overall Project delivery and Design management Client and vendor management. Materials management and always Maintaining Inventories of all properties of the project. Change management, in the case of change of initial design ordered by client; The PM shall properly follow change management as per company policy and ensure that all documentation of PMC sign off and changes based on design updates at construction stage are maintained and strictly followed. 17. Proper documentation and handover documents/Commissioning reports of all jobs done/completed by the project manager or contractors should be maintained at all times Preferred candidate profile A Project Manager must have: 1. Experience from a Corporate interior/ commercial interior/ construction background is a must. 2. Must understand construction terms, scheduling and planning concepts. 3. Good at MEP HVAC Low side & High side works, Electrical, FAPA systems (Fire Alarm & Public Address), PHE, Sprinkler system, security system, BMS, AV & Networking. 4. EHS Knowledge 5. Proficiency in MS Office, MS projects and AutoCAD is preferred. 6. Excellent organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills. 7.
