Key Objectives/ Deliverables
Reporting to the Assistant / Project manager, the role holder will be knowledgeable in the area of Access, CRQ, RAMs & HOPs. There will be scope to work across multiple telecom projects, including microwave, Txmn upgrades and BTS fits.
Responsibilities
- Creating & publishing project schedules from the Genesis Database.
- Creating & publishing dedicated project reports from Genesis databases and presenting the information.
- Present weekly totals of target v's actual.
- Booking Access for Genesis Field & customer engineers using various

roviders (SP's) access database/portals. - Creating

ssessments (RAMs) prior to the activity & H

ver P
acks (HOPs) when they are completed. - Liaising with Field Engineers, Project Managers and Site Providers when required.
- Provide real time support to Field Engineers when issues arise on sites.
- Raising and closing site outages CRQ via the Remedy system in line with the project requirements.
- Checking the quality of the Genesis completion certification and surveys are uploaded to the Genesis database and customer database within SLA.
- Tracking all necessary daily / weekly activities on sites including creating/updating /closing down and changing Site Logs in system and updating necessary reports.
- Co-ordination of daily project process including generating and maintaining weekly schedules and trackers.
- Raising operational deficiencies and monitoring them weekly.
- coordination of Operational Deficiencies including recording information in internal system and closing customer deficiencies down. Reporting specific issues into the relevant customer system.
- Monitor the progress of any deficiencies raised. Hasten as required.
- Responsible for asset tracking of project issued items i.e. Test Sims, Keys, OBASS etc.
- Issuing daily/weekly schedule reports to customers, suppliers and field engineers.
- Coordination of all additional cost requests & sending necessary documentation (including approvals) to PM for the relevant POs to be raised.
- Requesting POs from PM for any payments required by SPs & or their portals in a timely manner.
- Full control of documentations flow processes for access/CRQ/RAMs & HOPs
- Working alongside engineers and dealing with day-to-day issues effectively.
- Reporting efficiently back to the Customer and keeping the customer relationship effective. This includes EOD reports when required.
- Need to check the FE certificates are valid before request the access and inform the engineer due to the expiry.
Operational Experience
Essential:-
- Knowledge & experience of UK mobile telecoms environment.
- Extensive experience of CRQ management.
- Competent knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
- Experience of customer facing roles.
- Ability to manipulate data within Excel spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of P&L and financial processes
- Ability to use web-based reporting tools.
Desirable:-
- Telecoms experience would be helpful
- Knowledge & experience of UK Service Providers access portals.
- Database Experience, preferably Excel.

Academic & Technical Background
Essential:-
- 2 to 3 years experience in a comparable role.
- Information Technology literate. English language & written.
Desirable:-
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders within a multi-cultural environment.
