Regional Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead

    end-to-end business development

    across SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML, managed services, and digital transformation offerings.
  • Manage the

    full sales cycle

    from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure across mid-market, enterprise, and government clients.
  • Deliver

    consultative, value-driven solutions

    by deeply understanding client business needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with

    technical, delivery, and vendor teams

    to design and present tailored IT solutions.
  • Build and sustain

    long-term client relationships

    , identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Utilize

    CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)

    for pipeline, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Drive

    channel partnerships

    with vendors, distributors, and system integrators to expand market reach.
  • Prepare and respond to

    RFPs, proposals, and client presentations

    with high-quality documentation.
  • Stay ahead of

    industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies

    to shape go-to-market strategy.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success

    in IT solutions sales/business development, ideally in an MSP, system integrator, or IT reseller environment.
  • Expertise in selling

    cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, SaaS, AI/ML applications, and digital services

  • Strong grasp of

    solution-based and consultative sales methodologies

  • Proven track record in managing

    complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles

  • Knowledge of
