Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify and acquire new corporate clients, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and manage existing accounts to generate revenue
Focus on selling MICE-related opportunities, including events, conferences & incentive trips
Develop and implement sales strategies, conduct market research, and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial client contact to proposal creation, negotiation, and contract closure.
Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality, travel, or leisure industry.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities.
Good understanding of the travel leisure market and corporate MICE segment.
