Key Responsibilities Corporate Sales & Account Management
  • Client Acquisition:

    • Identify and target potential corporate clients in need of disposable products for their offices, cafeterias, events, and other business requirements.
    • Conduct cold calling, networking, and meetings to build new business relationships.
    • Present and demonstrate the product range to decision-makers in corporate offices (procurement managers, office administrators, etc.).
  • Account Management:

    • Develop long-term relationships with key corporate clients and maintain regular communication to understand their evolving needs.
    • Ensure repeat business by following up on existing accounts, resolving issues, and addressing customer inquiries.
    • Customize product offerings and deals to meet the specific requirements of corporate clients.
Sales Target Achievement
  • Sales Growth:

    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
    • Implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve consistent growth within the corporate sector.
  • Product Placement & Promotion:

    • Promote the full range of disposable products to corporate clients, including but not limited to office disposables, catering supplies, cleaning products, and event packaging.
    • Create awareness of new product offerings and secure bulk orders for long-term contracts.
Relationship Building
  • Develop strong working relationships with procurement managers, office administrators, and facilities managers in corporate environments.
  • Foster trust and credibility by offering exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and follow-through on all inquiries and orders.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in field sales, particularly within the corporate sector.
  • Prior experience in selling disposable products or office supplies to corporate clients is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the corporate office environment and the specific disposable products commonly used (e.g., packaging, hygiene products, cafeteria supplies).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
