Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and promote our event management services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to understand corporate client needs while delivering creative event solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities from corporate clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate customers, partners, and agencies.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the event operations team for seamless execution.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and agreements.
  • Maintain and update sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts.
  • Participate in networking events, industry exhibitions, and client engagement activities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in corporate sales; experience in event management or hospitality is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle high-value clients and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Goal-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
