Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding corporate business for the hospital by building strong relationships with corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, PSU/Government organizations, and institutional clients to drive patient volumes and revenue growth.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Business Development

  • Identify and onboard new corporate clients, PSUs, SMEs, and institutional accounts.
  • Develop and manage tie-ups with corporates for employee health checkups, cashless services, and wellness programs.
  • Achieve assigned corporate sales targets (revenue and volume).

TPA & Insurance Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with TPAs and insurance companies.
  • Ensure empanelment, rate negotiations, renewals, and agreement compliance.
  • Coordinate with billing and operations for smooth cashless and credit processes.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the single point of contact for corporate clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to ensure satisfaction.
  • Resolve corporate client issues related to billing, service delivery, and coordination.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Promote hospital services, specialties, and health packages to corporate clients.
  • Organize corporate health talks, wellness camps, and annual health check-up drives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on corporate branding initiatives.

Strategy & Reporting

  • Prepare corporate sales plans and forecasts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain MIS reports, corporate client data, and revenue tracking.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred).
  • 48 years of experience in hospital corporate sales or healthcare business development.
  • Proven experience handling corporate accounts, TPAs, and insurance companies.
