Corporate Sales Manager

Job Summary

Lex Visas is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our corporate

sales for immigration and housing-destination services. The ideal candidate should have strong

corporate connections, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in field sales. This

role requires active engagement with corporate clients across major metro cities to generate leads

and drive revenue growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

 Drive sales for corporate immigration and housing-destination services.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate HR, travel, and administration teams.

 Generate leads through networking, corporate events, referrals, and direct outreach.

 Conduct extensive field sales activities to meet potential and existing clients.

 Identify new business opportunities across Pune, Mumbai, and other major metro cities.

 Deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to corporate clients.

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.

 Manage Sales pipeline & contacts on company’s CRM Key Skills & Competencies

 Strong corporate sales and negotiation skills

 Excellent communication and presentation abilities

 Proven ability to build and manage long-term client relationships

 Self-motivated with a strong focus on results

 Willingness to travel extensively for field sales

 Should have own vehicle

Experience & Qualifications

 3–5 years of experience in corporate sales

 Prior experience selling to corporate HR, travel, or administration teams is mandatory

 Experience in selling business & work visa, premium residential options, or similar services is

preferred
