Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage referral networks including doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and diagnostic centers.

Regularly visit referring doctors and healthcare partners to build strong professional relationships.
Promote hospital services, specialties, consultants, and facilities to referral sources.
Ensure continuous engagement with existing referral partners to sustain and grow business.

Achieve monthly and annual referral sales targets.
Generate new patient leads through referral channels.
Track referral volumes and analyze performance trends.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient admissions and services.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).

15 years of experience in hospital marketing, healthcare sales, or referral marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of hospital services, medical terminology, and healthcare industry practices.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
