Job Overview:
We are hiring an Event Specialist with 1–2 years of experience in event management to assist in planning and executing corporate and social events. The role involves client coordination, vendor management, and on-site event support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing events
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and venues
• Manage event logistics and on-ground activities
• Support event setup, registrations, and stage coordination
• Handle event documentation and post-event reports

Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in event coordination
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Willingness to travel as required

Salary: 25,000 to 40,000 per month +incentives
