Role Overview:

The Event Coordinator/Specialist– Events & Partnerships will play a key role in driving MetaApply IE’s marketing initiatives through the effective planning and execution of domestic and international events (B2B + B2C), agent training sessions, and partnership amplification activities. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills to ensure seamless event execution and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute all marketing events (domestic, international, online, and offline) focused on agent engagement, student engagement (specific target audience) and training.
• Coordinate with internal teams, sales, and external partners for event planning, execution, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams for event collaterals, and campaigns initiatives
• Monitor and analyse the performance of events and partnership campaigns to assess ROI and impact.
• Maintain accurate documentation and post-event feedback reports.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in edtech, study abroad, or higher education.
• Proven experience in planning and executing large-scale events (both online and offline).
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Good understanding of marketing campaign execution and digital amplification.
• Proficiency in MS Office, event/project coordination tools, and email campaigning.
