Job Description – Event Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Event Specialist to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the events industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage clients and coordinate with internal teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact between the client and the internal team.
• Understand and gather the client’s requirements accurately.
• Communicate requirements clearly to the team and ensure smooth coordination.
• Follow up with clients regularly and ensure all event-related needs are met.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate and wedding events.
• Support on-ground event activities and travel to event locations when required.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of all event elements and maintain client satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales/operations team to close leads successfully.
• Prepare basic reports and updates for management when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in events (corporate and weddings preferred).
• Fluent in English; strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Preferably a male candidate from Trivandrum.
• Must be willing to travel frequently for events.
• Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
