Event Specialist

As an experienced candidate for the role, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Execute OOH sites and innovation fabrication of outdoor sites in coordination with the vendors. - Execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels offline to enhance brand awareness. This includes coordinating with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services within the allocated budget. - Plan and execute promotional setup/stall fabrication for events, exhibitions, and channel office branding under Event Management. You will be required to coordinate with event agencies, brief them about event requirements, plan detailed cost sheets, and analyze and execute the events efficiently. - Search for merchandise vendors, coordinate, monitor, and arrange external vendors to procure merchandise material such as pens, planners, folders, t-shirts, corporate gifting items, etc. It will be your responsibility to ensure that at least 4 vendor quotes are obtained to ensure the job is allotted to the lowest quote. - Approach vendors to find quality and cost-effective solutions according to the budget. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive marketing efforts. Additionally, the company expects you to work full-time in person at the specified work location.,
