Job Description Role Overview: You will be a full-time on-site Event Specialist located in Orchha at BHAWNA MOTELS AND RESORTS. Your main responsibility will be to plan, organize, and execute events. This includes coordinating with clients, managing event logistics, handling event marketing, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure successful event outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and execute events at BHAWNA MOTELS AND RESORTS - Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements - Manage event logistics including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment - Handle event marketing to attract attendees - Provide excellent customer service throughout the event - Work closely with the sales team to achieve event goals Qualifications: - Possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills - Demonstrate Event Planning and Event Marketing experience - Showcase Sales skills to drive event success - Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills - A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field is preferred - Previous experience in the hospitality or events industry is beneficial,
