Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admissions Manager to lead our Central Admissions team at MetaApply Noida. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end student application and admissions process, mentoring a team of Admissions Counsellors, QC Counsellors, and Admission Record Officers, and ensuring smooth operations aligned with institutional standards and turnaround timelines. You will be the key liaison between internal stakeholders, students, agents, and international universities, playing a strategic role in maintaining operational efficiency, document accuracy, and overall applicant satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Admission Counsellors, QC Counsellors, and Admission Record Officers and Visa . Ensure consistent and high-quality execution of the admissions lifecycle from student profile evaluation to final university submission and follow-ups. Allocate workloads efficiently, monitor team KPIs, and ensure fair and effective resource distribution. Conduct regular training, mentoring, and performance reviews to upskill team members and maintain motivation. Supervise application submission to various university portals, ensuring accuracy, eligibility checks, and document compliance. Oversee timely responses to university and agent communications, ensuring all updates are recorded and relayed within defined TATs. Act as an escalation point for resolving critical issues and complaints from internal/external stakeholders and agents. Maintain accurate student and application data in the admissions portal for tracking and reporting purposes. Prepare and present timely reports on application status , team performance, and operational bottlenecks to senior leadership. Key Result Areas (KRAs): Profile Evaluation Oversight Ensure accurate eligibility checks and documentation validation aligned with program requirements. Submission Accuracy & Timeliness Guarantee error-free application submissions to university portals within SLAs. Communication & Update Management Monitor proactive follow-up with universities and ensure updates are logged within internal systems promptly. Document & Information Compliance Validate that pending documents/information are shared with universities and recorded internally for visibility to all stakeholders. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in the admissions or education consultancy industry, preferably in international education. Minimum 3 years of people management experience in an operations-focused team. Strong knowledge of global admissions processes, student documentation, and university communication workflows. Proven ability to manage deadlines, performance metrics, and high-volume processing. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP/Admissions portals (e.g., Salesforce, ApplyBoard, Uni agents, etc.) is a plus. Bachelor’s degree required; a Master's degree or specialization in Education Management or related field is preferred. Show more Show less
