We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Regional Manager to spearhead the growth and expansion of our IT solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will excel at consultative sales, client relationship management, and solution-based selling , driving adoption of cloud, cybersecurity, SaaS, AI/ML, managed services, and digital transformation solutions across enterprise and public sector clients. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end business development across SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML, managed services, and digital transformation offerings. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure across mid-market, enterprise, and government clients. Deliver consultative, value-driven solutions by deeply understanding client business needs and challenges. Collaborate with technical, delivery, and vendor teams to design and present tailored IT solutions. Build and sustain long-term client relationships , identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Utilize CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline, forecasting, and performance management. Drive channel partnerships with vendors, distributors, and system integrators to expand market reach. Prepare and respond to RFPs, proposals, and client presentations with high-quality documentation. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies to shape go-to-market strategy. Key Requirements 5+ years of proven success in IT solutions sales/business development, ideally in an MSP, system integrator, or IT reseller environment. Expertise in selling cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, SaaS, AI/ML applications, and digital services . Strong grasp of solution-based and consultative sales methodologies . Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles . Knowledge of channel sales models and vendor ecosystem. Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to influence both technical and business decision-makers. Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about driving technology-led business growth.
