Project Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to develop their project management skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities and timelines.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and team members.
• Organize and attend project meetings, documenting discussions and action items.
• Help monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and files.
• Support the team in identifying and resolving project issues.
• Stay updated on project management methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools is a plus.
