The Project Coordinator will work closely with all internal stake holders (Sales, Project Management Team (PM), Shipping and Accounting) as well as vendors / suppliers for all the aspects of the projects as outlined below: · Process fixture and furniture bid packages in a timely and accurate manner · Help the Project Management team with creating quote sheets and budget sheets. · Work with vendors and suppliers to estimate Project Cost and Profitability · Facilitate the logistics towards delivery of the shipment to the customer location · Learn and understand the service platform/portal and the various products involved in projects or for customers through pictures and drawings. · Communicate with the store to identify or troubleshoot issues and arrange for replacement items as needed. · Verify the availability of items in stock at the Vaswani warehouse; if not in stock, coordinate with the Project Management team for a procurement timeline (4-6 weeks) and update customers on shipping schedules via the portal. · Request and forward the Packing Slip from the Accounts Receivable Team to the warehouse for items in stock. · Maintain and regularly update the inventory spreadsheet. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
