About the Organization : Lotus Petal Foundation has been in the nonprofit sector for more than 10 years. Purpose of the Position To serve as a pivotal link between partner schools, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that the objectives of donor-supported initiatives are effectively and efficiently met. This role encompasses overseeing the implementation of school support programs, conducting field visits, due diligence of schools, Co-ordinating with partners school for effective utilization of assets, and fostering partnerships with NGOs to enhance educational interventions. The position also involves proactive liaisoning and coordination with schools and School Committees to ensure sustained program impact and resource optimization. 1. Donor Supported schools coordination. o Liaise with donor-supported schools to ensure alignment with donor objectives. o Maintain proactive communication and coordination with internal stakeholders to address needs and report progress. 2. School Liaisoning and Coordination: o Establish and maintain effective communication channels with school stakeholders. o Collaborate with schools on program planning, resource allocation, and execution. 3. School Audits: o Conduct regular audits of donor-supported schools adhering to Lotus Petal Foundation SOPs. o Submit detailed audit reports to internal stakeholders for review and recommendations. 4. Program Execution: o Oversee the implementation of Vidya Sahyog school support programs, ensuring efficient coordination across all internal stakeholders. o Execute additional donor-agreed projects with adherence to organizational standards. 5. Field Surveys, Data Collection, and Visits: o Conduct field visits to partner school locations for surveys and project monitoring. o Collect and analyze data to measure project impact and assess needs. 6. Infrastructure and Asset Management: o Supervise infrastructure and maintenance jobs at allocated sites, ensuring completion within cost and time parameters. o Manage asset allocation and monitor its effective utilization across schools. 7. NGO Partnership: o Foster partnerships with NGOs to enhance educational interventions. o Collaborate for resource sharing and mutual program benefits. 8. School Development Coordination: o Attending school management committee meetings. o Ensure effective utilization of resources to maintain school facilities. Basic Requirements Educational Qualification: Graduate in Social Work or equivalent degree. Experience: 1 to 3 years in a related field, with proven skills in stakeholder coordination. Suitable candidates with less experience can be considered. Travel: Regular travel within NCR and requirement based in different states of India. Own conveyance is mandatory for Local travel. Language: Fluency in Hindi and English. Skills and Competencies Technical Skills: o Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, report preparation, and PowerPoint presentations. o Expertise in conducting school monitoring visit and creating structured reports. o Competence in field surveys, data collection, and analysis. o Ability to manage assets effectively and monitor their utilization. o Problem-solving abilities and taking decisions on field effectively.
