Job Description

Gratia Technology is an IT development company working with several enterprises across the globe. We work as a technology partner right from nurturing the idea till its execution. The ideal Project Coordinator for our company would be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end coordination of IT project activities.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, and progress updates.
Organize project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on assigned tasks.
Monitor project deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Facilitate communication between development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and other teams.
Assist with requirement gathering and stakeholder communication.
Manage and update project tasks using tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
Ensure compliance with internal project processes and IT standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/MBA/Computer Science or a related field.
1–3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in an IT environment.
Solid understanding of SDLC and basic project coordination principles.
Strong verbal, written, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Certification in coordination or project-related fields .
Basic understanding of web and mobile application development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,178.65 - ₹35,000.00 per month
